Fiesta Hermosa is an enormous arts & crafts fair in Hermosa Beach, with two stages, live music, countless types of food & drink and a kids' carnival. It happens on the Saturday, Sunday and Monday of Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend each year.
Dance Downtown is one of my favorite freebies of the summer. This Friday, August 26 is Zydeco night. If you don't know what Zydeco is, boy do you have a treat in store for you.
Rehearsals at the Hollywood Bowl are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings in the summer, from 9:00 a.m. - Noon. Here's some more information. Believe me when I say it's a day-off well spent.
In other good news: A and I have our four year anniversary coming up on September 2! And so the search for a new restaurant begins...

ReplyDeleteYum. Fiesta Hermosa today was pretty wonderful. In addition to all the free things listed above, there were also a variety of promotions there: coconut juice, vitamin water, kerns, tangerine juice, slurpies, green and black iced tea, free tickets to the grammy museum and etc.
